Once you have gone to their website, you will be able to click on the option 'Package Locator' and then enter the waybill/tracking number.
If your order is sent via the South Africa Post Office, you may track your parcel online here: http://sms.postoffice.co.za/TrackingParcels/ .
Your parcel tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched for delivery.
